Low running costs
The UWP units operate on AA batteries as opposed to the traditional 9 volt (PP3). This reduces running costs to the user. A surprising amount of money can be saved over a very short period of time. Running costs are not always considered when choosing a wireless microphone system.
Diversity Reception
The UWP portable receiver has diversity reception that ensures stable RF performance. It helps guard against the reception of unwanted and reflected signals that can adversely affect the performance and range of a wireless microphone system
LCD display on transmitter and receiver
Both the transmitter and receiver have an easy to read LCD display that make operation and monitoring of the system very simple. The displays have a variety of modes that allow for different forms of information to be displayed dependant on the users preferences.
AA cell operation
As with all portable wireless systems there is a requirement for batteries. The UWP C series utilizes AA cells that are readily available and offer a cost saving to the user.
ABS housings
The wireless mircrophone housings are constructed from ABS and offer a robust solution that will handle the everyday knocks and yet it remains lightweight.
Supplied Accessories
Each UWP package comes complete with a variety of supplied accessories. The receiver has several mounting options as does the beltpack. The handheld microphone package comes with the necessary mic clips and stand adaptors.
PLL synthesizer
The PLL synthesizer offers an operating band of 24MHz and this in turn provides the user with 192 channels to choose from with 125KHz channel spacing.
