To plan and carry out direct Sales and Marketing activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of Digi Broadcast's equipment range to all major accounts and, in accordance with agreed business plans.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospect database.
Plan and carry out direct marketing activities (principally direct mail) to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and time-scales.
Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing to all major accounts.
Carry out sales to meet specific set weekly/monthly targets.
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for direct marketing and sales reporting purposes.
Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
Carry out sales to meet specific set targets.
Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
To be considered for the Sales and Marketing Executive role:
Excellent telephone manner
A language other than English would be an excellent advantage
Good keyboard skills and PC literate (Word and Excel)
First class communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to convey ideas and facts clearly and accurately

Own transport ideally
Experience of Media, TV and Broadcast industries would be particularly helpful.
