Vocas 0500-4011 (0500_4011, 0500/4011, 05004011, 0500-4011) MFC-6 Follow Focus Kit
The Vocas studio follow focus MFC-6 Kit 1:2 has a very big advantage, a self–adjusting drive arm. A high-quality follow focus still can work poorly because of improper calibration. With the new Vocas self-adjusting drive arm this problem belongs to the past. The new Vocas studio follow focus MFC-6 has the same modular design as the Vocas follow focus MFC-2. Having the same modular design makes it possible to exchange accessories like the different knobs and drive gears.
MFC-6 Gear Box 15mm
There is one gear box is available for the MFC-6, the heart of the MFC-6 system. Different knobs and one of the two available self-adjusting drive arms can be mounted. The 15 mm Snap-on bracket allows you to snap the MFC-6 onto 15mm bars or to one of the two adapters; 19mm adapter 0500-1560 or 15mm studio adapter 0500-1565.
MFC-6 Drive Arms
Two different self-adjusting drive arms are available for the studio follow focus MFC-6. MFC-6 drive arm 1:1 ratio. This ratio works best with lenses that have a short focus throw, such as DSLR and ENG style lenses. 0500-1550 MFC-6 drive arm 1:2 ratio. This ratio works best with lenses that have a long focus throw, such as CINE style lenses. 0500-1551.
15mm to 19mm Adapter Low for Snap-On
This 19mm adapter allows the MFC-6 to be used with 19mm rails. The bracket positions the 15mm rails lower than the industrial standard to allow the use of very large lenses with the MFC-6. The single red tightening screw securely fastens the adapter to both 19mm rails. 0500-1560.
15mm to 15mm Studio Adapter Low for Snap-On
This 15mm studio adapter allows the MFC-6 to be used with 15mm studio rails. The bracket positions the normal 15 mm rails lower than the industrial standard to allow the use of very large lenses with the MFC-6. The single red tightening screw securely fastens the adapter to both 15mm studio rails.
Due to the shared modular design with the MFC-2 system the same drive gears can be used on the MFC-6.
