DPA 2028-B-B01 Microphones 2028 Vocal Supercardioid Handheld Microphone

DPA 2028-B-B01 (2028-b-b01, 2028bb01, 2028/b/b01, 2028_b_b01) Microphones 2028 Vocal Supercardioid Handheld Microphone The black 2028 Vocal Supercardioid Handheld Microphone from DPA is designed for the unique challenges of live stage performances. It can be utilized to capture audio and deliver a transparent, natural vocals for live stage, theater, and broadcast applications. The 2028 is powered by 48V phantom power and the supercardioid capsule offers a flat off-axis response. This give the microphone a very high gain-before-feedback, and at the same time, makes it so much easier for sound engineers to handle bleed from other instruments at close proximity. The capsule is fixed in its position on top of the newly designed shockmount and can't be dismounted. The pop filter is specific for the 2028 microphone. Furthermore, on a live stage, the 2028 needs no (or very little) EQ to sound just like you are standing next to the singer listening to their performance. This allows the singer to use their voice just as if no mic was present. In addition, it allows sound engineers to spend their time shaping the sound experience rather than covering up due to artifacts.

DPA 4041-SP Large Diaphragm Microphone, P48

DPA 4041-SP (4041SP 4041 SP 4041/SP) Large Diaphragm Microphone, P48 FEATURES: handles high sound pressure levels with no distortion natural and transparent sound The 4041-SP is designed to work in a standard 48 V phantom power environment. Since the capsule is the same as for the high voltage alternative 4041-S, the 4041-SP offers the same superior sound quality, with very slight changes in the specifications. The cartridge MMC4041 can be unscrewed from the preamplifier which allows for the exchange of the preamplifier module. It is therefore always possible to upgrade to the high voltage preamplifier, also using the DPA mic amp HMA5000. The frequency response has a 4-6 dB soft lift around 8 kHz and matches the response of the legendary 4040 Hybrid Microphone. This microphone offers a totally transparent audio path with an exceptionally low noise floor of maximum 8 dB(A) and a SPL handling capability of 134 dB SPL peak.
