Sony LMD-2451W (LMD2451, LMD2451W) 24-inch Monitor Sony’s LMD-2451W is a 24-inch WUXGA high grade monitor replacing the LMD-2450W.  Designed for demanding broadcast and professional applications the 2451W features a CCFL backlight with a wide colour gamut and high-fidelity colour reproduction. The LMD-2451W is 3G-SDI ready using the BKM-250TG option board and has a 1920 x 1200 resolution with wide viewing angle.  The 2451W display has 1080/60P and 50P 4:2:2 10-bit capability for 3G. An improved wave form monitor increases versatility in the field, offering the ability to support multiple colour standards, including SMPTE-C, EBU, and ITU-R709. The LMD-2451W still features Sony’s ChromaTRU™ colour processing. This technology compensates for variations in LCD colour levels commonly caused by differences in chromaticity coordinates, colour temperature and gamma curves.
