Hague K3 (K-3, K 3, K/3, k3) Mini Camera Jib Traveller The Hague Mini Jib Traveller K3 is small, compact, lightweight and easy to take anywhere. Measuring just 82cm for transit, and weighing just 2kg, this jib is ideal for people on the go. It’s ideal for both DSLRs and all handheld camcorders under 3kg, or could be used with action cameras such as the GoPro for an even more lightweight set-up. The Mini Jib Traveller is fastened directly to the video head of any sturdy tripod, in the same way you would attach your camera. It can be mounted using both 1/4” and 3/8” screws. On the end of the jib is a camera plate mounted on a pulley with a control cable coming down the jib to a second pulley at the side of the video head on the tripod. It is this control cable that keeps the camera level as the jib is raised or lowered. Tilting the tripod’s video head controls the camera pulley on the end of the jib, enabling the camera to be tilted up or down. The radial ball bearings in the pulley ensure a very smooth tilt movement. The jib has a telescopic weight bar which can be adjusted to counterbalance the camera with standard bar weights (not supplied) or a sandbag used for counterbalance. An additional feature of the Mini Jib Traveller is the ability to mount the jib horizontally so you can create sideways tracking movement, similar to a slider, or the camera can be positioned to move forward or back. Combine this with using the pan bar on the video head and some very unusual shots can be achieved. Hague K10-UPH (K10UPH, K10 UPH, K10/UPH, k10-uph) Camcrane with stand & underslung powerhead The Hague CamCrane K10-UPH is quick and simple to set up, it is supplied with its own stand and a underslung remote controlled pan & tilt powerhead. The stand's height is adjustable from 1.1 to 1.4 metres high with standard bar weights (not supplied) used for counterbalance, these are held in place by the weight bar and there is an adjustable fine trim weight to obtain perfect balance. Once balanced the camera can smoothly move from ground level to almost 4 metres high and the crane will pan 360 degrees on the stand. You also have the ability to pan and tilt the camera through 360 degrees by controlling the underslung powerhead using the wired remote control. The distance from the stand to the camera is 2.5 metres and the K10 has a total length of 3.6 metres. It is ideal for all handheld cameras under 2.5kg. An optional monitor bracket is available, this enables a LCD monitor to be fastened to the crane, making it easier to monitor your shots.   The Hague UPH electronic motorized Underslung Pan & Tilt Power Head is suitable for all handheld cameras that weigh less than 2.5kg. Having the camera underslung gives much greater tilt movement (360 degrees) which enables the camera to point directly down if required. Hague K18-PH200 (K18PH200, K18 PH200, K18/PH200, k18-ph200) CamCrane Camera Jib With Pro Pan & Tilt Powerhead The Hague CamCrane K18 with the joystick controlled PH200 Pro Pan & Tilt Power Head is quick and simple to set up, it attaches to any sturdy 100 or 75mm "bowl type" tripod or can be supplied with the optional Hague Dolly D3. It’s ideal for both handheld camcorders and DSLR cameras up to 4kg (8.8lbs) in weight.   Once balanced the camera can smoothly move from ground level to almost 7 metres high and the crane will pan 360 degrees. You have the choice of using the CamCrane at it’s full length or without two of the centre sections. At it's full length support cables are used to improve rigidity. The counterbalance arm has an adjustable fine trim weight and a weight bar with handgrips. Standard bar weights are used for counterbalance (not supplied). A supplied monitor bracket enables the PH200 control box and a LCD monitor to be fastened to the crane, making it easier to monitor your shots.   The PH200 Pro Pan & Tilt Power Head will pan and tilt through 360 degrees, this enables the camera to point directly upwards or downwards when required. It is driven by two custom-geared motors with belt drive. The power head’s drive pulleys have sealed radial ball bearings for effortless smooth movement with minimum backlash. The motor drive can be easily disengaged to enable the camera to be balanced correctly on the camera plate. The head’s camera plate is adjustable for different sizes of camera and will support up to 4kg (8.8lbs). The speed of movement is variable, from the slowest crawl up to 52 degrees per second. The drive motors are quiet at low speeds, but will be heard at higher speeds if the camera's onboard microphone is used. (Similar to most power heads on the market). The head and controller are supplied in their own transit case.   The Joystick Control gives the head precision pan and tilt movement in either direction, from a slow crawl up to the required speed. The Joystick will also pan and tilt simultaneously. On the side of the control box is a variable speed controller, so you can set the maximum speed for better control, there are also switches to change the direction of the joystick control and an on & off switch. On the front of the control box are sockets for the control cable, 12vDC in, plus a composite video out phono socket, this enables a monitor to be added to monitor your shots. Led lights indicate when the unit is switched on and when the internal battery is on charge. The head is powered by a rechargeable internal battery which will last approximately 3 hours, or can be powered from the supplied mains adaptor. On the base of the control box is a ¼” threaded hole to allow it to be mounted to the crane. A 5 metre cable is supplied to connect the control box to the head. This cable can also carry a composite signal from the head to the controller, allowing a monitor to be used without the need of additional wires.   The K18 CamCrane is made of aluminium and breaks down into 5 main sections, making it easier to handle in transit.
