The Portkeys PT5 III is a compact and ultra-lightweight 5.4-inch on-camera monitor made from durable ABS and polycarbonate materials. Weighing just 154.5g (5.45oz) and measuring only 135.1 x 82.5 x 22mm, it’s ideal for mounting on cameras, rigs, or gimbals without adding bulk.

Its 8-bit touchscreen display features a crisp 1920 x 1152 resolution, 800nits of brightness, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, and a wide 178° viewing angle. Running on the intuitive MOVNORM OS, the PT5 III offers a user-friendly interface along with a comprehensive suite of professional monitoring tools:

3D LUT Support: Load and monitor custom LUTs via the USB-A port. LUT output through HDMI is supported.

Anamorphic De-squeeze: Includes standard ratios (1.33x, 1.5x, 2.0x) and custom aspect ratios from 0.25x to 4.0x.

Stretch Leg Tool: For vertical shooting, stretch only the bottom part of the image—output supported via HDMI.

Customizable False Color: 13 modes, including ARRI False Color.

Exposure Tools: RGB and Luma waveform, histogram, adjustable zebra.

On the left side of the PT5 III is one HDMI video input port that supports resolutions up to 4K DCI at 30p, along with a 3.5mm headphone jack and a 3.5mm microphone input. The HDMI output port that supports resolutions up to 1080P60 is situated on the right side of the monitor. Above the HDMI output port is one USB-C port which can be used to power the monitor externally via a power bank or V-Mount/Gold Mount battery, for example On the back of the Portkeys PT5 III is an integrated battery plate compatible with Sony NP-F style batteries. With a low power consumption of just 7W, a compact and lightweight Sony NP-F 550 battery can power the monitor for over two hours. For extended usage, you can connect the PT5 III to an external power source using its USB-C port. Additionally, there is a USB-A port located at the bottom of the monitor for performing firmware updates and uploading custom LUTs.
