The DPBA-OB7 Parallel Beam Intensifier increases light output up to 403% (with Ledzilla-BI set at appx 5600k). Like all Ledzilla accessories, this beam intensifier uses the lock and turn "bayonet" attachment. When used, adjust the flood/spot knob on the back of the light to the flood position; the new beam generated by this lens is about 4° in width and amazingly brighter. It's simply incredible for use with smaller reflectors (up to 25cm) for intimate interview lighting, or powerful tabletop lighting setups. Parallel Beam Intensifiers, unique only to dedolight focusing lights, make using multiple Lightstream reflectors from one light source possible, as well as establishes a controlled virtual light source from the reflecting surface.
