The X1 Series also introduces the world’s first e-Ink display in a PTZ camera — always visible, even when powered off — providing instant system information or custom branding. Integrated NDI® HX decoding further streamlines operations, enabling confidence monitoring, return feeds, or teleprompter output directly from the camera.

The X1 Series is Zoom Certified for flawless compatibility with UC platforms, and from August 2025, every unit will incorporate OBP plastics, reinforcing BirdDog’s commitment to sustainability by reducing ocean waste.

Halo Tally

Professional productions demand clear communication. The X1 Series introduces the most visible tally system in its class: a bold, daylight-visible front border combined with an interchangeable illuminated numbering system at the rear, ensuring both cast and crew know exactly where to focus.

AI Tracking

Powered by intelligent algorithms, X1 and X1 Ultra maintain perfect framing with real-time AI subject tracking. Whether used in concerts, conferences, or keynote presentations, the system ensures smooth and accurate camera movement without requiring additional operators. Operators can even designate which individual to follow within the frame for precise control.

NDI® HX3

Wi-Fi Connectivity

Integrated NDI® HX Decoder
