The Revolt VCT Universal baseplate offers a unique design, created for both amateur and professional filmmakers seeking camera stabilizers & supports of high quality. This bundle includes a perfect combination of SHAPE’s universal baseplate with SHAPE’s patented push button technology telescopic handles, a 2-stage matte box and a sophisticated follow focus pro system.

Front to Back Sliding Plate

• Providing you with quick positioning of your camera accessories for an optimal adjustment of your camera’s centre of gravity and weight distribution.

Match your camera’s optical centre

• Focal length is probably the most important factor when distinguishing one lens from another. Being able to adjust the height of your rod bloc to match your camera’s optical centre is exactly what you can do with the Revolt Universal Baseplate.

Front and rear rod bloc

• Two 15 mm lightweight rod blocs can be fixed to the front and rear of the Baseplate, allowing you to install more camera accessories.

Safety Pins and Ratchet knobs

• The Revolt VCT Universal Baseplate is built from robust components to prevent the plate from sliding, to secure the rods and to increase the strength of your rig. The safety ratchet knobs are built in a way to apply an optimal pressure to the rods. The safety pins are located in strategic areas to maximize stabilization. Robust and easy to use, the safety pins prevent the upper plate from sliding.

Soft & Ergonomic Shoulder Mount

• The shoulder Mount Support for the REVOLT produces maximum comfort and stability; thanks to its gel padding, its softness and ergonomic SHAPE, its thickness and slip-free material.

Sophisticated tool box

• Quick access to your extra screws and Allen Key can be a time saver, even more so, when you are in the middle of a shoot. The REVOLT is equipped with 1/4-20 & 3/8-16 threaded holes allowing extra screws to be stored. There is also a magnet at the back to attach your Allen Key.

Telescopic Handles with Rubber Handgrips

• The black Telescopic Handles are left and right rubber handgrips that can be attached to cameras and camera support rig that has standard ARRI rosettes. Each arm features (4) four points of articulation: (2) Push-button system to optimize your rig support and manipulation and (2) Ratchet Knobs System allowing 360° rotating positions and 1.5" extension length to adjust the arms for your comfort.

• Each handle features two Push-button System. SHAPE is well known for its Push-button handle, now used by so many professionals in the industry. SHAPE developed this patented technology to give users quick and easy adjustment. By simply pressing the red button, you are allowed a 360 degree rotation to place the handle in the best position for your use.

Ratchet Knobs adjustments

• Each handle features two points of adjustment allowing 360° rotating positions for an optimal user comfort.

• The Camera Handle is compatible with any camera rig with standard ARRI rosettes. The arms attach to your camera or support via an ARRI compatible rosette with spring-loaded locking levers, which allow you to lock your arms in place.

• Manufactured in sleek black anodized aluminium, it is made from robust CNC Machined Aluminium. SHAPE engineering is internationally renowned and the Follow Focus Pro is one of the most robust motion picture accessories ever built. The Gear Arm is reversible and two gear wheels are supplied to accommodate a wide range of lens barrel sizes 0.8 mm pitch (28 and 43 teeth aluminium gear). There is also a choice of two different focusing methods (Standard or Hard Stop) for an accurate adjustment on set.

Matte Box 4X5.6

• The SHAPE Matte Box 4X5.6 is a 2-Stage Matte Box designed for light control and adjustment of filters. It is compatible with various photo lenses with at least 52 mm diameter, but can also fit professional video optics with up to 114 mm front diameter. The mounting of the Matte Box is done via a ‘15 mm Clip-on rods system bracket’. There is also 360 Degrees of rotation offered by the filter holders.
