The Vega lenses were designed specifically for filmmakers to meet the growing demand for lenses that cover the larger full-frame digital camera format. TLS’s latest innovation, the Vega series, introduces a new line of full-frame cine prime lenses.

Vega lenses offer impressive sharpness combined with a beautifully smooth look, featuring a gentle fall-off toward the corners. Their 16-blade circular iris creates stunning bokeh, and when used wide open, they achieve a strikingly narrow depth of field. Designed with floating elements, these lenses incorporate TLS’s dual cam system, providing optimal optical performance while preserving a touch of character.

Built with the same meticulous process as TLS’s renowned lens rehousing, each Vega lens offers 300 degrees of focus rotation, with durable stainless-steel stops on both focus and iris controls, ensuring precise, reliable operation.

The lenses feature accurate, repeatable dual focus scales in both imperial and metric measurements.

With a shimmable PL mount, the focus and iris gears maintain a consistent position relative to the PL mount across the entire focal range, making focal length changes on set efficient and seamless.
